“Everybody thought: first AI would do physical labor, then some cognitive labor, then the really hard cognitive labor, like computer science, programming… And then, maybe, last of all, but maybe never, because maybe it’s magical and human… was creativity.
And it looks like it’s going exactly the opposite direction.
But I do think it’s quite amazing! Like, this is one of the more important developments in human history!”
Well, I hope you did enjoy the entertainment and transcendence and the “magic” that people like myself were creating and sharing with you. But, like, it’s time to say goodbye to us and go back to physical labor?
Cause, you know, artists need at least some food, some of the days of the week, like, maybe?
Or, am I just deluding myself, and no one will even notice the AI-generated music in your Spotify stream, in the background of the supermarkets, the AI-generated films on Netflix, the… 🤫
