Boyer les Crayères

Turn of the century Château des Crayères, set in a 21-acre park, was the residence of the Pommery and de Polignac families (owners of Champagne Pommery) until 1983, when Gérard and Elyane Boyer turned it into a sumptuous 19-room hotel and restaurant.

Gérard Boyer and his father won their first Michelin star in 1966, a second star in 1971 and a third star in 1979.

Les Crayères is one of the top properties of Relais & Châteaux hotels. It is decorated in a most definite French flavor. The furniture, lighting, fabrics and accessories give the feeling of an authentic yet home-like and cozy château during a time of opulence.
