Georges BLANCK, chef de cave (chief winemaker) of Moët & Chandon champagne in 2002, supervises and participates in the making of the house’ wine. He works closely with viticulturists to select the best grape material. Most importantly, he blends various young wines, yeast and sugar to maintain and develop the taste and quality of Moët & Chandon champagne wines over the years.
