I liked the exhibition very much because it makes me think about things which I avoid in everyday life. Thank you very much.

There is a lot of light and bitterness. Let there be more light!!! Thank you.

Extraordinary collection of dirt about our country. Appalling.

It was scary to look at these photographs depicting life of Russian society at the beginning of the 90’s. Thank you.

This is only one side. But the withdrawal always hurts. Anyway, thank you.

Frightening! I grew up in this war and poverty. I thought that we would have lived better, would had reconstructed and gotten rich and happy. But not! I saw more than I knew. How to go on? P.S. We withstand, but what about the younger people?

A great historical document. The photos pose questions which no one wants to answer. More than that, the population of the West has gone deaf while the population of CIS has gone blind. Who will help them? P.S. What disgusting modern Russian language, examples: ethnic cleansing, and the same Nazi expressions.

The author sees only bad in our country. Is it on purpose?! All the positive is beyond the frame. This is not objective.

Don’t touch the Russian soul! Why does everyone want to understand it? Keep your pathos and directions on how to live to yourself. I like the horse in Bulgaria and the house in Poland as well, but don’t teach us how to live.

Amazing! That’s the way to learn history.

Dear Mr. Suau,
Thank you for your time. I don’t know if it’s moral wallpaper or eloquent art. I have a feeling that art is fiction and photography can be fact.

Thank you for the images, and for the overwhelming inspiration. The book was and is a reminder of what it means to love and work hard.

Professional, strong and frightening. What is awaiting us in the future? The answer is not found, who is wrong, who is right. The West I think should have to pay for what it did to Eastern Europe. Evil never disappears.

I would like to see something more positive.
